## From wholesale to a shop on Christchurch Road

As demand grew, the company opened its own butcher shop at 623 Christchurch Road, Boscombe, bringing the same products and service directly to families while continuing to supply wholesale customers.

## How we work

- **Whole carcasses:** meat comes in whole and is broken down on our own block, so it is cut to order rather than pre-packed.
- **Made on site:** sausages to the blend you want, kofte hand rolled each morning, rubs and marinades mixed to order.
- **Every part:** offal, bones and the cuts most shops no longer keep — liver, kidney, heart, tongue, sweetbreads, marrow bones, lamb heads and feet.
- **Straight answers:** we confirm what we can supply and the price before anything is agreed.
