Lamb & mutton, whole or cut to weight
Lamb and mutton are sold whole, halved, or cut to weight — a leg boned and rolled for Sunday, a shoulder diced for a curry, middle neck for a hotpot, or a whole carcass for a family occasion.
We also keep the parts most supermarkets do not: lamb head, feet, tongue, liver, heart and kidney. Some of these are cut to order, so please message us a day or two ahead.

Questions
Lamb & Mutton: what people ask
Can I buy a whole or half lamb in Bournemouth?
Yes. Ozi Meat LTD in Boscombe sells lamb and mutton whole, halved, or cut to weight for the kitchen. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and when.
Do you sell lamb heads and lamb feet?
Yes, cleaned. Both are prepared to order, so please order ahead.
Can you bone and roll a leg or shoulder of lamb?
Yes. Leg and shoulder can be left whole, halved, boned and rolled, or diced.
Which lamb cut is best for slow roasting?
Shoulder, neck and shanks. They have more fat and connective tissue than the leg, which keeps them moist over a long cook.
