Yes. Rotisserie chicken is roasted fresh in the shop every day. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
Can I buy a whole or half lamb?
Yes. Lamb and mutton are sold whole, halved, or cut to weight for the kitchen.
Do you sell offal?
Yes — lamb liver, heart and kidney, beef and lamb tongue, sweetbreads, tripe, chicken livers and gizzards, and marrow bones. Some offal is set aside to order, so please message ahead.
Do you make your own sausages and kofte?
Yes. Sausages are made on site to the blend you want, and lamb kofte is hand rolled each morning.
